Joseph O'Daniel is the founder of HVE ConneXions and also the president of Unified ConneXions Inc., a technology firm specializing in education and medical technology. Joe is an expert in network technology, security, and virtualization. He has a long and stellar career in technology, beginning with serving four years in the US Army, stationed in Germany. Following that service, Joe owned or was CTO of several businesses, all related to computer hardware or software. For 10 years, he was also Director of Technology in a Dallas area school district. In these positions, he recognized the acute need for affordable and versatile hardware for schools and corporations, which led to him to found HVE ConneXions.

Chris Cunningham provides broad financial leadership at HVE ConneXions, with responsibility for the organization's accounting, treasury, risk control, business planning and analysis, tax, legal, and investor relations. In addition to his proven ability in facilitation, problem-solving, crisis management and conflict resolution, Chris' experience includes aligning corporate financial initiatives to achieve company objectives and leading organizations through aggressive growth and change.
Previously, Chris has held senior financial management positions at Unified ConneXions, Inc. He began his career as the Director of Information Technology at a leading academic institution in Dallas.
Chris is a member of the North Texas CFO Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Howard Payne University and MBA in business administration with a concentration in management and information systems from Dallas Baptist University.

Eric Cunningham has an extensive background in education and sales. Following several years in educational leadership positions, he joined HVE ConneXions and brings valuable experience and marketing knowledge to the company. Specializing in outstanding customer service, Eric understands the technology needs of both the corporate and education fields. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Northeastern State University and a Master's degree from Lamar University.

Justin Lindsey is a virtualization expert with 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing highly successful solutions for enterprise and education clients. With his broad background and leadership, the reduction of customers’ IT financial and carbon footprint, consolidation of racks of physical servers into virtual environments, and reduction of power and cooling needs while increasing system reliability and performance are only a few of the many talents Justin brings to the table. He is a valuable asset to the HVE team and holds numerous certifications from VMware.
Director, Systems Engineering & Services, HVE ConneXions
Mark Dickson is uniquely qualified in his role as Director of Hardware Development for HVE ConneXions by nature of his professional experience in prior positions. Having served as both a network administrator as well as a systems administrator in the education and municipal arenas, he has broad exposure and experience with numerous hardware products and platforms. Mark is an expert in networking, network storage, SQL, and virtualization. He currently also serves as CTO of Unified ConneXions, Inc.
Sr. Director, Service & Support, HVE ConneXions
Jon Linsenbardt oversees all corporate and education client monitoring solutions as Director of Support Services for HVE ConneXions. Through his previous experience in designing and implementing desktop virtualization environments as well as server virtualization environments for multiple clients, Jon offers exceptional expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing across all customer systems, regardless of size or configuration. He also is an expert in Microsoft Services, including Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Sharepoint.
